Clint Eastwood is asking a judge to deny his wife, Dina Eastwood’s, requests for spousal support.

Dina Eastwood filed for divorce from her husband on Oct 13 of this year. Eastwood, 83, also filed documents of his own very recently. In them he is asking the judge to deny his estranged wife’s request for spousal support. According to TMZ, Eastwood cites a prenuptial that the couple signed that lays out his wife’s rights.

Clint Eastwood is also challenging his wife for full custody of their child. Eastwood reportedly wants custody of 16-year-old daughter Morgan.

According to UPI, Eastwood claims the couple’s marriage has been over since June 2012 when the two separated.

Dina cited irreconcilable differences as the reason she wishes to dissolve her 17-year marriage to Eastwood.

Dina Eastwood first filed for a legal separation in September of this year but then went and dismissed her court filing only two days after the fact. She then went and filed for divorce the next month.
