Rapper Drake has backed out of the Grammy Awards Nomination concert that is airing Friday at 10 p.m. on CBS.
According to TMZ, Drake was supposed to be one of the big acts to perform tonight. They have been promoting Drake since October, but he suddenly canceled his appearance last night.
A representative for Drake told TMZ that "Unfortunately, due to scheduling complications, Drake will no longer be performing. He's currently in the middle of his nationwide, 'Would You Like a Tour?' and sincerely apologizes to all his fans that he can't be there."
Rolling Stone reports that there are no scheduled dates between Wednesday and Saturday on his tour, but his representative declined to give any more information.
Drake has a history of canceling performances. In late October, Drake canceled his Philadelphia show at the Wells Fargo Center due to an "unexpected technical issue." He canceled the show one hour before it was supposed to start. The show has been postponed until Wednesday, Dec. 18.
Tonight's Grammy Nomination Concert Live! will have Lorde, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Keith Urban, Robin Thicke, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, and Miguel. The show will be hosted by actor and hip hop star, LL Cool J.
