By Brenda Clemons,

Jennifer Aniston has been talking to reporters to promote her new hair care product line and life in general. The former Friends star stated that she is just as happy and healthy now as she was 25 years ago.

Aniston said that she doesn’t have a care in the world, reports Us Weekly.

"Life is beautiful," the Emmy Award winner told Parade. "I’m very fortunate.”

She added that her awkward stage came in her 30s.

In the interview with Parade, Aniston said that she has become co-owner of Living Proof, a new hair care company that uses cutting edge technology to solve common hair problems. She said she signed on after giving the products a try in North Carolina's high summer humidity during the filming of 2013's We're The Millers.

“Other hair companies have approached me before, but I didn’t just want to be a face of a brand," said Aniston. "It’s a new company and they’re eager and exciting and they let me be involved in the smells and new product

Aniston plans on directing her first full-length movie in the near future.
