Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kim Kardashian and her 6-month-old daughter will be on the road with fiancé Kanye West until the end of the month, and she’s keeping up with her healthy regimen to try to keep losing the baby weight.
She’s said before that she’s on the Atkins diet, but she has a chef and a trainer on the road with her to stay in shape.
"With the exception of some cheat days, because she is realistic now, she sticks with it!" a source told People about her carb-free diet.
She also sticks to her workout routine, with the insider saying, “Kim is working out almost every day. It's usually running and weight training. It's hard, but she sticks with it pretty much all the time. She's so happy. Life is good."
Kardashian showed off the results of her hard work on the cover of Us Weekly, her first bikini shot since giving birth to North.
"Kim feels confident again," a source said. "She worked really hard and is so motivated to stay fit."
