Top 10 Foo Fighters singles

Music fans thought that the musical legacy Dave Grohl would leave behind was his time spent in the band, Nirvana. It turns out that on top of his time in that band that changed the course of rock 'n' roll history, Grohl wasn't done.

Due to the untimely and tragic death of Kurt Cobain, Nirvana was no more. This allowed Grohl to process his grief and work through things musically, the end result was in 1994 The Foo Fighters emerged.

Grohl became the front man; main songwriter and guitar play in the rock driven band. It took until the band released their second album, The Colour and the Shape for the boys to find mainstream musical fame and instant success. The key to that success was the honest that could be heard in every performance from Grohl and the bands devoted to stay ture to their musical roots.

Fans can't help but think that Cobain would be proud of the musican that Grohl has become.
