Target announced that over 40 million debit cards and credit cards had been compromised. The store said that the data from the cards might have been stolen from shoppers at Target locations during the first three weeks of the holiday shopping season.
The compromised cards include those cards, which where swiped on or around Black Friday, possibly up until Dec. 15.
While Target works to resolve the problem, the holidays shopping most go on. With only a few days before the holiday season concludes, shoppers are looking for other stores to help solve their last minute holiday gift shopping.
With the holiday season in full swing, shoppers will be looking for other stores to finish their shopping instead of Target.
