Alicia Keys and John Legend will be performing at a Beatles tribute The Night That Changed America: A Grammy Salute To The Beatles.
Adding to the ceremony would be the Euro band The Eurythmics, best known for their hit song, “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)." John Mayer and Keith Urban are also planning to participate in the star-studded event.
The tribute celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Beatles' appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show. Ken Ehrlich, producer of the event, said that John Mayer and Keith Urban will pair up to perform "Don't Let Me Down," while Alicia Keys and John Legend will perform a duet of "Let It Be," according to the Associated Press. The show will tape on Monday, Jan. 27, the day after The 56th Annual Grammy Awards.
Alicia Keys is a contender for a Grammy Award this year. Girl on Fire is up for Best R&B Album. Keys is up against John Legend, Faith Evans, TGT, and Chrisette Michele for the award, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
