While over 30 couples got married at the Grammy Awards Sunday night, Bachelor couple Sean Lowe and his fiancé Catherine Giudici tied the knot in a televised wedding of their own.
The couple exchanged vows at the Four Seasons Resort—The Biltmore Santa Barbara on live television. Giudici wore a Monique Lhuillier gown and Lowe’s father officiated the ceremony.
It wouldn’t be a Bachelor wedding without some alums, so stars like Jef Holm, Daniella McBride, Ali Fedotowsky, and couples JP Rosenbaum and Ashley Herbert and Trista and Ryan Sutter were on hand, E! Online reports.
The couple exchanged their own vows, with Lowe telling his bride, "The first time that I saw you, you were like a light to my bug. I had to find you. You mesmerize me with how brightly you shine. Sometimes I feel like I'm going to explode by how much I love you...I'm completely consumed by you...I promise to love you after my heart bursts...You are my dream and my reality."
Fox News notes Giudici told her now-husband, “Before I met you, before I even knew you existed, I knew you were coming,” Catherine said, as she choked up during her vows.
“I was ready to give my whole heart to someone and here you are. I am completely consumed by you and tonight we get to become one,” Catherine added. “I thank God for bringing me to you.”
Back in October, the couple announced the date of their televised wedding on ABC’s Good Morning America.
Lowe, a born-again Christian, was saving himself for his wedding night.
