Fox announced on Wednesday that Benjamin Bratt has joined the ever-growing cast of the 24: Live Another Day event series.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the veteran actor will play the role of CIA operative Harris. He is tasked with trying to track down and capture Kiefer Sutherland's Jack Bauer, who is currently in London.
Bratt is best known for appearing on TV shows like the original Law & Order and such films as Miss Congeniality and the more recent Despicable Me 2.
His character is joined in pursuit of Bauer by CIA agent Kate Morgan, who is being played by the recently cast Yvonne Strahovski from Chuck. Giles Matthey's Jordan Reed and Gbenga Akinnagbe's Erik Ritter round out the CIA quartet searching for Bauer.
Others previously cast for the 12-episode limited series include Judy Davis, Michael Wincott and several returning castmembers, such as Kim Raver, Mary Lynn Rajskub and Willian Devane.
24: Live Another Day is set to premiere on May 5. The original 24 ran from 2001 to 2010, during which it managed to win several Emmy Awards.
