Ellen DeGeneres honored Oprah Winfrey in her syndicated daytime talk show The Ellen DeGenere Show in an episode that will air on Wednesday, Winfrey’s 60th birthday.
The talk show host brought out a sparkling, framed portrait of the OWN mogul, which she said she will giving to her as a birthday gift, and wished her a Happy Birthday.
The Huffington Post notes DeGeneres also called fake-called Winfrey, which made for a hilarious segment. The voice on the other end of the phone call appears to be a mash-up of Winfrey’s voice that producers on the show put together.
Meanwhile, as we previously reported, Winfrey celebrated her birthday with about 50 of her friends at a SoulCycle spinning class in West Hollywood. She did have plans for a blowout birthday bash, however, they got canceled when the guest list reportedly got out of hand. Instead, she will reportedly celebrate the big 6-0 with a quiet dinner at home in Montecito, Calif.
