By Chelsea Lewis ,

Ellie Goulding and Zedd will be adding their musical talent to the upcoming Divergent soundtrack. The soundtrack will be released on March 11. Goulding and Zedd both provided brand new tracks for the feature film.

Goulding single will be called "Beating Heart" and Zedd's track will be titled "Find You" and features Matthew Koma and Miriam Bryant,
HitFix reported.

Director of Divergent Neil Burger said in a release that Goulding’s vocals are designed and highlighted to be an extension of the film’s lead female character Tris. Tris is played Shailene Woodley in the film, which will be released on March 21.

Burger spoke about selecting Goulding for the film and the soundtrack. "We started working on the film with songs from Ellie Goulding's album ‘Halcyon’ and soon found that the texture of her music and the tone of her voice matched perfectly with our film. In many ways Ellie has become the inner voice of our heroine Tris,”said Burger.

Goulding also added her vocals to the film's score, MTV reported. The score was created by electronic artist Junkie XL with help from executive producer Hans Zimmer.
