In early December, it was announced that Israeli actress Gal Gadot would be playing Wonder Woman in the new Batman vs. Superman film, but it was not known how many films she signed on for.
However, Batman News reported that Gadot will actually be playing the role of Wonder Woman in not one, but three films. The site posted a translation of a recent interview she gave in Israel.
Gadot was interviewed on Israel’s top entertainment show, Good Evening With Gai Pines, where she announced that she had signed a contract to play Wonder Woman in three feature length films. Fans of the Justice League series are hoping that after the Batman vs. Superman film, a Justice League movie will be made, as well as an individual Wonder Woman movie, both of which Gadot would star in.
Gadot also stated that her appearance in Man of Steel 2 she will make her approximately $300,000, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
Being the new Wonder Woman for the next era of Justice League films, Gadot’s paycheck is sure to go up even more as every new film comes out.
The Batman vs. Superman film is now set to be released in 2016.
