'Jurassic Park' raptor cage, mobile lab props up for sale

By Kyle Johnson,

Ever wanted your own velociraptor cage or mobile lab? Well now's your chance, if you have a lot of excess cash that is. The original prop cage used in the opening scene of Jurassic Park and mobile lab from The Lost World have gone up for auction.

The cage prop has only been up on Ebay for a short time, but it has already gotten 153 bids and is currently up to $99,900.10 with seven days left to go.

According to Fox News, the winner gets the cage as well as a full-size dino prop that goes inside of the cage. Due to the props being over 20 years old, the seller notes that they "do show significant signs of wear."

Philly.com notes that the same seller, themeparkconnection, is also auctioning off the Lost World mobile lab that was used. This auction is currently at a slightly more manageable $8,600 with 58 bids.

Winners of both items will have to travel to just outside of Los Angeles to pick them up because of their size.

The next film in the dinosaur franchise, Jurassic World, is scheduled for release in theaters in 2015.
