Lana Del Rey will be covering the Disney classic “Once Upon a Dream” for Angelina Jolie’s latest film, Maleficent.
The song is set to release on Jan. 26, the same night as the Grammys, and will be sold for $1.29, Hypable reports.
Rey is known for her seductive, dark voice after her two studio releases, Born To Die and Paradise. She was also featured on the soundtrack to The Great Gatsby for her hit single, “Young and Beautiful.”
Jolie has been “incredibly active in all aspects of the movie, even bagging a role for her daughter Vivienne, so it’s no surprise that she helped choose who would sing the song,” a source told the Daily Mail.
It has been reported that Jolie‘s daughter will be playing the role of young Princess Aurora for the film.
