Outkast is celebrating their 20th anniversary as a musical act by performing at more than 40 festivals around the world, kicking off the world-wide tour will be a performance at the three day festival Coachella in California.
The news broke on Outcast official website on Monday. They will hit at least 40 stops during the tour, but official dates have not yet been announced.

Group member, André 3000 spoke about how far the duo has come as band and how things have changed over the past 20 years. "And imagine, all we wanted to do was rap! I am thankful to have been a part of a group that allowed me to explore anything that came to mind and have fun doing it. Returning to the stage together is the most exciting way for us to thank everyone for their 20 years of supporting Outkast," said Andre.
Billboard reported that on April 26, Outkast's debut album, Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik turns 20 years old.
Coachella sold out within three hours, Outkast will be one of the main headliners for the festivals. The duo will also headline the Governor's Ball this year in New York City.
