Jason Derulo first came on the scene back in early 2010 with his single, “Whatcha Say,” which featured a sampling of Imogen Heap. The dance-driven single sky rocketed Derulo to fame and he has been making dance and pop hits ever since. Derulo’s music took over the pop charts and his dance moves challenged those of Chris Brown and Michael Jackson.
From “In My Head” to his racy new EP, Tattoos, Derulo is not afraid to push the musical boundaries while keeping his dance moves sexy and modern. In 2013, the singer showed a very sexual and stylized side to his music with this EP. Fans enjoyed seeing a new side to Derulo and even got to see more of his personal life. The music video for his latest single, “Marry Me,” features Derulo’s real life girlfriend, fellow singer, Jordin Sparks.
Derulo will be busy again in 2014 with plans for a new tour and the possibility of new music. TheCelebrityCafe.com is counting down the top ten Jason Derulo singles. Did your favorite not make the list? Comment below and add your favorite.
