For avid Disney fans worldwide, a favorite childhood classic will be brought back to life. Since 2012, rumors have been surfacing about a sequel to the beloved Disney favorite, Life-size. The star of the film, Tyra Banks, recently confirmed that the iconic Disney film is, in fact, getting a long awaited sequel!
According to Digital Spy, Banks confirmed the new sequel, but did not share too many details on the script or storyline. Banks elaborated telling Digital Spy, "I'm under contract with Disney and I can't talk about it at all, except that it's coming. But it will be very different, very different. Very modern - a modern take." Expected to be released sometime in the next year, Banks says the sequel is sure to be “better than ever”.
Us Weekly reports that there has been no new information regarding whether or not fellow actress Lindsay Lohan will reprise her former role. Although Lohan has not replied to any queries from fans, former Disney actress Miley Cyrus tweeted her excitement over the upcoming feature by posting lyrics to the catchy theme song of the Disney classic.

Life-Size was released in 2000 and featured Banks and Lohan. The film revolves around a young girl who is saddened over the death of her mother and, in an attempt to bring her back to life, completes a spell found in a magic book. However, in a series of mix-ups the young girl, played by Lohan, instead gives life to her new Eve doll in a “life-size” adventure.
