Actor Aaron Paul said that he would be interested in working with producer Vince Gilligan again.
The actor said that he’d be interested in playing his Breaking Bad character, Jesse Pinkman, again in Gilligan’s newest brainchild, Better Call Saul. Paul told the Associated Press, "Anything Vince is involved with, I'm there. I owe him my entire career. And the idea of jumping into the skin of Jesse Pinkman again in his lighter days - because it's all a prequel - it would be fun."
Better Call Saul is a proposed Breaking Bad spin-off about Saul Goodman, a criminal lawyer played by Bob Odenkirk.
Breaking Bad ended last year after five seasons. Along with Paul, it also starred Bryan Cranston and Anna Gunn. The series won a Golden Globe for Best Television series in 2014. It also won an Emmy for Outstanding Drama Series. Creator and producer Vince Gilligan is also known for his work on Hancock and The X-Files.
Netflix recently released the final episodes of Breaking Bad.
There is no confirmation yet on whether Aaron Paul will make an appearance on the new show. In the meantime, the actor is busy promoting his latest film, Need for Speed. The film is due out later this year.
