John Schmucker, star of the show Amish Mafia, was arrested for driving with a suspended license.

The 29-year-old reality television star was sentenced to three months in prison. According to the Daily Mail, Schmucker was fined $1,000 on Friday by Judge Rodney Hartman in the Earl Township of Pennsylvania. His attorney says that he’ll appeal and ask for house arrest.

According to the Associated Press, Attorney Steven Breit said, “Driving without a license is not the crime of the century. It's being treated that way."

This was Schmucker’s 10th offense in the past few years. Schmucker isn’t the only cast member who has had difficulty with the law. Another cast member was found guilty of eluding police and driving without a suspended license.
