The latest Biggest Loser winner, 24-year-old Rachel Frederickson, came under fire earlier this month when she debuted her 155-pound weight loss on the finale of the NBC show.
Many were shocked about Frederickson’s size 0/2 frame. Twitter users were forthcoming about her 105-pound body.
During an appearance on the Today Show on Wednesday, Frederickson debuted a much healthier looking appearance.
Us Weekly reports while talking to Savannah Guthrie, she said she has no regrets about her weight loss.
"I felt amazing on the stage," she said "I felt like I shined in my dress, and I got off the stage and Twitter was all abuzz. There was just so much chatter about it."
She continued that while she "appreciates all the concern and I can see where it comes from,” she gushed, “post-finale, I'm at the healthiest, most alive I've ever felt."
Frederickson admitted that "maintenance mode,” which is the phase she’s in now, is just as hard as losing the weight.” She said she’s “absolutely healthy” and dismisses rumors of an eating disorder.
