Bruce Springsteen returns to the US, announces 15 new tour dates

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will be bringing their sound and new music to the United States following the conclusion of their South Africa, Asia and Australia tour.

The U.S. tour will begin on April 8 in Cincinnati, Ohio, Billboard reported. The tour will wrap up May 18 after two back-to-back shows at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Conn.

The "Born in the USA" singer is currently promoting his latest album, High Hopes. The album debuted strong on the Billboard charts at the No. 1 spot and is being received well by fans and critics alike.

The Associated Press announced that tickets for the tour will begin selling Friday and will continue to go on sale throughout the month.

May 1 - Tampa, FL - MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre
May 3 - New Orleans, LA - Jazz & Heritage Festival (Previously announced)
May 6 - Houston, TX - Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion
May 13 - Albany, NY - Times Union Center
May 14 - Hershey, PA - Hershey Park Stadium
