We know her from her famous role as Rachel on the 1990s hit show Friends, which earned her a Golden Globe Award and an Emmy Award. Today, Jennifer Aniston turns 45.
Before her rising fame, Aniston worked as a telemarketer, waitress, and bike messenger to support her acting career. In 1990, she appeared in the television series Molloy and in 1993, she starred in the horror film, Leprechaun. Since then, Aniston has been working very hard focusing on her acting career. The actress has filmed many movies alongside Adam Sandler, Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, and Owen Wilson.
According to Jenaniston.net, Aniston is set to star in a new film called Cake, the first movie in a five-movie $50-million linkup between Chinese TV producer Shenghua Entertainment and After Dark Films under the banner Cinelou Films.
“Our goal is to find great material and great talent and let them do what they do best and Shenghua has proven a great partner to make that happen,” said Solomon.
She's also set to release a different film later this year called Squirrels to the Nuts.
Aniston has definitely become one of Hollywood's most idolized female icons. Her recent movie We're the Millers, in which she played the role of a stripper, was one of Aniston's most successful film openings at nearly $26 million in Aug. of 2013, according to The Wrap.
