Daft Punk took over the Grammy Awards with four wins and a memorable onstage performance with Stevie Wonder and Pharrell Williams. The group is enjoying moving up the Billboard dance charts. Their album, Random Access Memories, is rounding out the top 10.
Random Access Memories won album of the year at the Grammy Awards and "Get Lucky" won for record of the year and best pop duo/group performance, Billboard reported.
This is the highest the album has been since August 31, 2013. The sales for their latest single, "Get Lucky," have increased 122 percent and sold 112,000 units since the awards.
Three additional Daft Punk singles, "Lose Yourself to Dance," "Instant Crush" and "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger,” made their way onto the Billboard Dance/Electronic Streaming Songs charts.
Other Grammy award-winning artists have also been enjoying an increase in album sales. Up-and-coming country music sensation, Kacey Musgraves, Super Bowl halftime performer Bruno Mars, Imagine Dragons, Lorde and Katy Perry have all seen an increase in sales, according to USA Today.
