Kate Middleton's hairstyle under attack

By Amanda Levine,

Kate Middleton is known for looking like absolute perfection, even just hours after giving birth to her first child. However, there are some people in the royal family and some who are close to the royal family that think Kate needs to change a certain part of herself; her hair. Kate’s hair has been under attack recently for being too long and unkempt. Especially by her mother-in-law, Camilla Parker Bowles.

Vanity Fair reported that one royal source stated, “Camilla has tried to help and advised [Kate] to go shorter and lighter,” a royal source said. “[Kate] has looked bedraggled recently and it's not a good image.”

Apparently Camilla isn’t the only person who has thought that Kate should change up her hair. Past royal stylists have come forth to voice their opinion on Kate’s hair. In fact, Camilla’s personal hair stylist, Jo Hansford, said, “I think [Kate’s] hair needs to be cut. She could get rid of a good six inches. It seems to be getting longer and longer but it is too long and is dragging down.”

While all of these ladies have their own opinion, the majority of women around the world who look up to Kate’s style and hair think quite the opposite.

According to International Business Times, Kate’s hair ranked at the top on a list for most desired hair styles, even over celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston who always has had sought after hair. Apparently Aniston herself had even told Marie Claire that she was jealous of Kate’s hair.

As a young woman, it would be wise of Kate to listen to the millions of young modern women who love her hair rather than the older generation of ladies who prefer a short cut and style.
