Pharrell Williams' Grammys hat up for auction

Pharrell Williams made headlines at the Grammy awards this year with his music and his style choices that included a ranger hat. For fans that noticed that hat, now they can own it.

Williams has teamed up with eBay and he is putting his Vivienne Westwood-designed hat up for auction.

Proceeds from the auction will benefit Williams' educational non-profit organization, One Hand To Another. The current bid for the hat is over $10,000.

Williams released a statement regarding the auction. “I'm giving up the Buffalo Hat I wore to the GRAMMYs to help undeserved kids get the educational tools they need. Our organization, From One Hand to Another, is committed to bringing kids experiences that ignite their passions, challenge their minds and prepare them for success," said Williams.

Billboard reported that the auction started Thursday night and it will be open until March 2.

Williams is currently nominated for an Oscar for best original song for "Happy," which was featured in Despicable Me 2. Williams also did well at the Grammys. he won Album of the Year with Daft Punk's Random Access Memories and performed with Stevie Wonder on stage along with Daft Punk.
