On Thursday, a number of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition models and chefs played volleyball for charity in Miami, Florida.

“We really run around like crazy prepping for all these events (at the festival)," Chef Spike Mendelson told the Associated Press. "People don't realize how much work this is. We just wanted to sit back and have a little bit of fun. And Sports Illustrated was fun enough to lend us the swimsuit models!"

The charity event was part of the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. The event raised more than $20,000 for the Armed Forces Foundation.

The swimsuit models who participated were featured in the 50th anniversary edition of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. Some of the models involved in the event included Kate Upton, Nina Agdal and Lily Aldridge, as well as chefs Tim Love, Michael Symon, Jeff Mauro, Pat LaFrieda, and Spike Mendelsohn.

According to the Daily Mail, Upton appears in the Sports Illustrated 50th anniversary edition. In addition to participating in the volleyball event, she was recently seen in South Beach at a party at The Gale Hotel in Miami.
