It was announced that Cee Lo Green would not be returning for any seasons of The Voice.
Green made the announcement on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and explained that he will still have a relationship with NBC but will not be on the show any longer. He will instead focus on his upcoming record and a new tour. This announcement left fans shocked and wondering who would be able to replace such a talent and fashion icon on the hit reality singing competition.
Currently, the show changes out coaches Green and Christina Aguilera for Shakira and Usher, but now a spot will be open for another musician to come and sit in the red chair.
