Saturday Night Live will finally be returning to the air with three straight new episodes, beginning on March 29. The line-up includes episodes hosted by Louis C.K., Anna Kendrick and Seth Rogen.
During the last SNL, which was hosted by Lena Dunham, it was announced that C.K. would be coming back to host another show. He will host the March 29 episode with Sam Smith making his first appearance on the show as musical guest. Smith will perform songs that will appear on his first album, In The Lonely Hour.
NBC confirmed today that Pitch Perfect star Kendrick will be hosting her first SNL on April 5. She will be on before the release of her next film, Happy Christmas.
Pharrell Williams will be making his first solo appearance on SNL as Kendrick’s musical guest. He just released G I R L, which features the Oscar-nominated single “Happy.”
Rogen will host SNL for a third time on April 12. His next film is Neighbors, which opens on May 9. Ed Sheeran will perform that night to premiere the first single from his second album.
