The Backstreet Boys have announced a new North American tour with singer Avril Lavigne.
According to Hollywood Life, the popular singers will be travelling to Canada, Seattle, San Diego, Cincinnati, Las Vegas, and Chicago. The tour will begin on March 3 and will conclude on October 27.
The Backstreet Boys include A.J. McLean, Howie Dorough, Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson, and Brian Littrell. They rose to fame with their 1996 album, Backstreet Boys. Their other work includes Millennium and Black and Blue. The group has received seven Grammy Award nominations as of last year. They also received two video music awards.
Lavigne is a Canadian and French singer-songwriter. She became popular with her debut album, Let Go. She has recorded the song, “Black Star,” to go along with her fragrance by the same name and has appeared as herself in Sabrina The Teenage Witch and Going the Distance. She also voiced a character in Over the Hedge.
