Celebrity Tweets: Monday, March 10

Self promotions, reactions to news, 'The Bachelor' and more

Twitter was dominated Monday, March 10, by its usual random tweets and celebrity self promotions, as well as talk of new or recently returned television shows and reactions to news - entertainment and otherwise.

One particularly sad story many on the social media platform were mentioning is that of the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370. CNN reported that the Boeing 777 vanished without a trace three days ago and all that has been concluded so far are facts that lead to theories, but nothing more. One such fact is that two men boarded the plane with alleged stolen passports. Celebrities are expressing their condolences for passengers' families, whom are now left to wonder and wait.

In entertainment news, an old cult classic movie is getting a remake and reporter/television personality Michelle Beadle is not happy about it. Meanwhile, the finale of one of the most hotly discussed Bachelor seasons in show history, starring dream boat-turned bust Juan Pablo, aired tonight, stirring up a ton of reactions online from both celebrities and the general public alike.
