Craig Ferguson is set to produce the upcoming I F-ing Love Science series based off the popular Facebook phenom.
I F-ing Love Science will be based on the educational Facebook page, which has over 10 million likes.
The Science Channel has given a green light to the series with help from Ferguson, Variety reports.
The CBS late night host will be producing the upcoming project. The announcement was made via video at the South by Southwest (SXSW) film festival in Austin, Texas.
"If you know anything about me, you know I love science. Science has a naughty secret — it’s that all things are connected," Ferguson said. "And this show is going to explore the randomness of science. Think of it as a late night Google search that goes a hundred pages deep until things get weird — and then you just keep going. And there is no better partner for this kind of smart entertainment like Science Channel and Elise."
Ferguson is referring to Elise Andrews, a British biology student and creator of the Facebook page that began in March 2012, Entertainment Weekly reported.
