Actor and comedian George Lopez was arrested for public intoxication Thursday night in a Canadian Casino after passing out.
According to USA Today, Lopez was released with no charges. He was kept in custody until he sobered up.
“Tied one on last night. Not feeling great this morning. I was trying to sleep it off, unfortunately, it was on the casino floor,” said Lopez in a statement reports People.
A photo of Lopez surfaced yesterday on Twitter, showing him lying on the floor of the Caesars Windsor Casino.

The Lopez Tonight star performed earlier that night at the casino before having one too many drinks. Lopez made it back for his second performance Friday night with no problem.
Lopez, 52, underwent a kidney transplant in 2005 and is starring in a new comedy show on FX. The show, titled Saint George, is set to debut on March 6. Lopez stars as a successful Mexican-American businessman dealing with life after his divorce from an all-American Anglo women, notes the LA Times.
