Kristen Bell wants to take part in 'Frozen' musical

By Andrew Wilson,

Frozen has taken the world by storm, with its catchy songs and lovable characters. As the box office numbers came in, there were already talks of taking Frozen, much like The Lion King, to the Broadway stage. Kristen Bell, who voices Anna in the movie, has said that she wants to make her Broadway debut reprising her role.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Bell stated she was up to the task and hoping the Broadway production asks the cast to come back.

“Everybody in Frozen is a Broadway veteran so I certainly hope they try and wrangle us,” she said.

A special performance in February may have been a live preview of what a Broadway production with the original cast would look like with Bell, Idina Menzel, Josh Gad, and Santino Fontana performing songs “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?," “Love is an Open Door," and of course, “Let It Go”

Disney is still riding the Frozen wave as they are planning themed Disney Park attractions and video games to start, with surely many more ideas to come.
