Lindsay Lohan's OWN docu-series 'Lindsay' gets fair start in TV ratings

By Gina DiFalco,

Lindsay Lohan’s docu-series Lindsay, which airs on Oprah Winfrey’s OWN, premiered on Sunday to reasonable ratings. The debut pulled in almost 700,000 viewers, which is less than most Sunday night television airings but a great turn-out for OWN.

The Liz & Dick star, 27, is seen in the days following her release from her sixth stint in rehab. She’s seen moving to New York City and trying to find an apartment, all the while trying to “stay sane and live.”

According to The Daily News, comparatively, A&E’s re-run of Duck Dynasty pulled in 2 million viewers, and the highest watched show was The Walking Dead with 12 million.

Lohan is seen trying to navigate being out in the world again sober, saying living out of a hotel reminds her of a “crazy phase of my life” which “brings up a lot of memories and I hate it," the Daily Mail reports.

She seems to be making the right decisions, however, as she turned down a trip to London to promote her film The Canyons because it was too soon.
