Actress Maggie Grace, who starred on the ABC series Lost, is set to return to television in a leading role with a CBS drama pilot set on Wall Street. The pilot is based on a story co-written by John Cusack.
Grace will co-star with Charlie Cox (Boardwalk Empire) in the untitled project, confirmed The Hollywood Reporter. Cox will play an Afghanistan war veteran who is now a Wall Street hedge fund trader hoping to do good in a shady environment. Grace’s character is the legal counsel for a hedge fund with an ambitious personality.
The pilot was written by Justified team Taylor Elmore and Ben Cavell, who wrote the original story with Cusack and Kevin McCabe. Niels Arden Oplev, who directed the original Girl with the Dragon Tattoo films, is directing the pilot. It will be produced by CBS Television.
In other Grace news, the actress will be back for Taken 3, reports Deadline. She has played Liam Neeson’s daughter in the first two films and will be back for what is currently considered the final part of the trilogy.
Grace was recently seen on Californication.
