Rapper Chief Keef, real name Keith Cozart, was arrested on suspicion of DUI two weeks after leaving rehab for marijuana addiction. He was pulled over in Highland Park, Ill. earlier this month and arrested for DUI, driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance.

The rapper was pulled over on March 5 for driving with expired tags, and police officers smelled marijuana as they approached the vehicle.

According to TMZ, he admitted to smoking weed before driving and he was arrested for DUI after failing a field sobriety test. He was released on $300 bail.

Cozart completed a 90-day rehab program for marijuana, which was court-ordered, in February. His arraignment date for his newest legal slip-up is on April 11.

According to The Chicago Tribune, during a court hearing in December at Skokie courthouse , Judge Earl Hoffenberg told Cozart’s lawyers that if he failed another drug test he would be sent back to jail.
