Courteney Cox answered the relentless question on anyone’s mind who’s interviewing any cast-member of Friends, will there be a reunion?
Cox denied the fact that they’re in discussions for a reunion, bluntly stating "It's not gonna happen” while on Late Show with David Letterman on Monday night.
Entertainment Weekly reports Cox even revealed she’s been trying to get her former cast-mates - Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry and Matt LeBlanc – together for dinner since the show ended and that hasn’t even happened.
Friends creators Marta Kauffman and David Crane made it pretty clear a reunion just isn’t in the cards when Kauffman said earlier this month “The show is over. What was at the heart of the show is done.”
Crane added, “People say they want it, and the more that we say it’s a bad idea, people [disagree]. But I think if we actually gave it to people, there would be such backlash.”
Aniston commented on the rumors last year on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, denying it would ever happen.
