Hillary Clinton memoir earns title, black and white cover

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has penned a memoir and publisher Simon & Schuster finally announced the title of the book and showed off its cover.

Back in April 2013, Simon & Schuster announced that Clinton signed a book deal. She plans on covering key moments in her time with the Obama Administration, including the killing of Osama bin Laden and how they dealt with the revolution in Libya. The Arab Spring, climate change and the relationship with China will also be covered.

The publisher waited until today to announce that the book will be titled Hard Choices. It described the book as, “Hillary Rodham Clinton’s inside account of the crises, choices, and challenges she faced during her four years as America’s 67th Secretary of State, and how those experiences drive her view of the future.”

Simon & Schuster picked a photo of a smiling Clinton for the cover in black and white. But it will be no breezy read. CNN reports that the book is 688 pages.

Although Clinton hasn’t said anything firm, she is widely believed to be the frontrunner for the Democratic party’s presidential nomination in 2016. She also served in the U.S. Senate, representing New York and is married to former President Bill Clinton.

Hard Choices hits bookstores on June 10.
