On the Lady Antebellum official Facebook page, the group announced that Haywood and his wife would be having a boy.
Haywood proposed at the end of 2011 and the pair got married in April of 2012. It was a busy time of year for Lady Antebellum because also in 2012 Scott and drummer, Chris Tyrrell got married.
Lady Antebellum is still one of the most successful country groups in the past five years. Their fifth studio album, Golden was released back in May and it topped the Billboard 200 charts. The group is currently on tour in North America this spring and summer, ABC News reported.
The band will be wrapping up their tour in early September, before playing two shows in Cozumel, Mexico.
