Actor, producer and musician Lenny Kravitz has announced his tenth studio album Strut will be available for fans to purchase on Sept. 23. This latest album will be released through his own Roxie Records imprint.
Kravitz has signed a worldwide agreement with Kobalt Label Services to help him release and promote Strut, Billboard reported.
It is also expected that a North American tour will be announced for Kravitz within the next few weeks.
The singer-songwriter also released a statement regarding the reasons behind why he decided on Kobalt services to handle the release of Strut.
"I am looking forward to my partnership with Kobalt,” Kravitz said in his official statement. “They have a passionate team that share a high artistic view and I am confident they that are the right partner to carry out my creative vision for this album."
The four-time Grammy winner had been with his former label Virgin Records for the past 20 years and had sold over 38 million records worldwide with Virgin. His latest album Black and White America sold 61,000 copies in the United States alone.
Radar Online added that Kravitiz is keeping busy between his work as an actor, musician and also an interior decorator. He is currently working with Jennifer Aniston to decorate her Bel Air home.
