Lily Allen announces North American tour for 'Sheezus'

By Chelsea Lewis ,

Lily Allen has just announced that she will be going on a tour in North America to support her third studio album Sheezus.

The tour will feature the 19 stops around the U.S., kicking off in Miami on Sept. 9. Tickets will go on sale for the tour this Friday.

The tour will wrap up on Oct. 10 at Los Angeles' Hollywood Palladium, Billboard reported.

Allen is about to kick off a whirlwind promotional tour that will include stops by the Today Show on Wednesday and The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday. After those performances, she will be appearing on Live! with Kelly and Michael on May 26.

Sheezus will be the follow up album to the 2009 album, It's Not You, It's Me.

Sheezus also topped the charts in its first week on sale in the U.K., The Guardian reported. Part of the increase in sales was due to a promotion in the Google's digital store.
