If you are a fan of the first or third person shooter video game franchise, you know that a “new era” of Call of Duty video games will only attract new fans to the franchise and keep the excitement going with the current fans. Call of Duty has sold over 100 million copies and the new games should only increase that number.
The teaser video indicates that Kevin Spacey could potentially be portraying the new villain in the upcoming game, according to GameSpot. The official website shows a countdown that announces that the official reveal will be on May 4 at 1:00 p.m.
It is interesting that at the end of the video, the XBOX One and Microsoft logos are shown, but noticeably absent is the PlayStation logo. According to the primary publisher of the game, Activision, they say this could be “the best Call of Duty game ever created.”
