Stephen Baldwin was arrested in Manhattan on Friday for driving with a suspended license.

Baldwin was pulled over when a cop noticed an expired temporary registration sticker on his 2013 Ford Explorer.

According to the New York Daily News, after he was pulled over, the cop discovered he did not have a valid driver’s license and he was arrested.

The brother of former 30 Rock star Alec Baldwin, plead guilty to failing to pay $400,000 worth of taxes in March 2013 – which was three years’ worth. In 2012, he had to pay $155 in fines for being pulled over with a suspended license.

Page Six reports this time he had both a suspended license and expired registration, which was issued in Texas.

Back in October 2013, Baldwin paid back $100,000 worth of the back taxes he owed.

He has said of his tax issues, “This was never about not wanting to do the right thing, never about not wanting or willing to pay what I owe.”
