The CW releases fall 2014 premiere dates for ‘The Vampire Diaries’ and more

Television network the CW has released the schedule of their fall premiere dates, letting fans know when to tune in to see their favorite television characters.

The premiere dates for the CW are staggered, starting at the beginning of October, according to E! Online, and continuing into the middle of the month.

The premieres begin on October 2, when fans can tune in to see the ongoing drama happening in Mystic Falls with The Vampire Diaries at 8 p.m. and the royal intrigue of the second season of Reign at 9.

The next week, on October 6, The Originals premieres at 8 p.m. followed by an episode of Supernatural, reviewing what has happened to the Winchester brothers. The very next day, at 8 p.m., the CW will premiere the pilot of The Flash followed by a new episode of Supernatural at 9.

On October 8, the new season of Arrow will premiere at 8 p.m., although fans will have already had a taste of the superhero, as reruns of the two episodes of Arrow that introduced Barry Allen as the Flash will be aired on October 1.

Finally, new show Jane the Virgin will air at 9 p.m. on October 13, and new episodes of The 100 will start at 9 on October 22.

Shows with mid-season premiere dates include Hart of Dixie, Beauty and the Beast, and new shows iZombie and The Messengers, as reported by Cinema Blend.
