A man in Florida decided to relieve himself on someone else's lawn and then shot the homeowner when he complained about the inappropriate behavior.
According to NBC Miami, authorities have arrested and charged Gilberto Martinez with one count of second-degree attempted murder for shooting Jose Diaz several times in the torse.
CBS Miami noted that an arrest report for the March 9 incident stated that Diaz caught Martinez urinating on his sidewalk. When the homeowner and another man asked him to stop the indecent act because there were small children at the house, an argument ensued.
Investigators said that Martinez actually got offended over the complaint, took out a firearm and allegedly shot the victim several times.

Martinez ran from the scene, but allegedly admitted to the shooting and public urination when law enforcement caught up with him.
The 28-year-old faced a judge on Friday, who ordered that he be held on $50,000 bond.
