George Strait is known in the country music industry as a legend, an innovator and an all around great guy. Now after forty years of being in the limelight, Strait is concluding his final tour Saturday night at Texas stadium.

The Associated Press reported that Strait will be ending his tour in his home state and at the stadium that is home to the Dallas Cowboys, definitely fits.

The show is expected to feature many stars in the country music industry. Some of the guest that are scheduled to attend include Miranda Lambert, Jason Aldean and Eric Church.

This final show will bring an end to over 40 years in the business and many of which where spent on tour. Strait started recording music in 1975 with the Ace in the Hole band.

Seventeen months ago, Strait kicked off his tour at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. The "The Cowboy Rides Away" singer has made stops in 45 areas and stadiums, spread across 31 different states, People reported. Each concert Strait held was sold out.

Strait spoke out at a press conference back in September about his emotions regarding his final show. "It's a little bittersweet to know that some of these places, I'll never go back to, never play again. It's sad for me, but I'm taking it all in and the crowd, they're giving it to me," said Strait.
