Rapper Ice-T's grandson Elyjah Marrow was arrested after he accidentally shot his roommate in their Georgia apartment on Tuesday.
According to TMZ, who first reported the news, the 19-year-old accidentally shot his Daryus Johnson while improperly holding onto the firearm.
Johnson would later die of his wounds at WellStar Kennestone Hospital.
"Marrow was not using proper firearms safety when handling the gun," Marietta Police Officer David Baldwin told the Marietta Daily Journal. "That reckless handling of the firearm is what led to Johnson being accidentally shot and eventually killed."
Marrow, who has appeared on Ice-T's reality show Ice Loves Coco, is in police custody after they charged him with involuntary manslaughter, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony and possession of a stolen firearm.
To add on to that already loaded list of charges, Marrow was slapped with reckless conduct and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, reports E! News.
While the reckless conduct is a misdemeanor, the remaining four charges are felonies.
