By Krista Frost,

In the early morning hours of June 8, the Los Angeles Police Department received a call from the home of actress Sandra Bullock about an intruder inside the home. In a Wednesday courtroom hearing, it was discovered that alleged intruder Joshua James Corbett possessed weapons.

In a recent article about the break-in, TheCelebrityCafe.com reported that Corbett allegedly broke into Bullock’s home at approximately 5 a.m. and was in the house for about an hour. It was uncovered that Corbett had an unhealthy obsession with Bullock and, as a result, a restraining order was filed and he was charged with burglary.

According to the latest report from the L.A. Times, Corbett possessed machine guns and other illegal weapons at his home. He faces 19 felony charges, seven counts of possession of a machine gun, 10 counts of possession of a destructive device, and two counts of possession of an illegal assault weapon. If convicted, Corbett will face up to 12 years in jail. Prosecutors have requested his bail be raised from $185,000 to $2 million.
