Extra TV reported that this is not the first time that Nicks has appeared on the show. She performed with season one winner Javier Colon, who went on to win the entire competition.

Nicks and Levine sat down with Extra and spoke about the upcoming season. It is clear that Nicks is ready to help Team Adam bring home another victory. "I just think it's a great show… Adam would never be sitting here seven years later if this wasn't a great show," said Nicks.

USA Today added that the other mentors that will be featured on this season of The Voice will be announced soon.

Filming is currently underway for the seventh season.
