Alicia Keys has just signed on to be a mentor on The Voice.

According to Today, she will serve as a mentor to Pharrell Williams' team on the hit NBC competition show. Both Keys and Williams took to their Twitter accounts to show their excitement.

The duo has collaborated numerous times, most recently for The The Amazing Spiderman 2 soundtrack song, “It’s On Again.” Keys was also featured on his album G.I.R.L. on the song “Know Who You Are.”

Williams and Gwen Stefani will join Blake Shelton and Adam Levine as mentors on the new season of The Voice. They will be replacing Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera.

Keys has been working on a new album, which is set to be released in 2015 and Williams has been working on it, too. She has shared that the upcoming album will be concept-driven.

“This album is more about the concept, the thought I’m trying to get across, where in the past it’s been more about the melody. This time it’s about what we’re going through as human beings,” she has shared.
